Minister of Youth of Bahrain attends meeting of young Arab leaders | THE DAILY TRIBUNE

Bahraini Minister of Youth and Sports Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayyed participated in the first edition of the Young Arab Leaders Meeting held at Expo 2020 Dubai. The meeting was held in conjunction with the World Government Summit to discuss prospects for developing joint Arab youth action and strategies based on young people’s ideas and visions for the future.

The session was attended by His Highness Crown Prince of Dubai Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ministers of Youth and Sports from Arab countries, youth work leaders and regional and international organizations concerned with the youth empowerment.


The minister spoke at a seminar which brought together Arab ministers with a group of young people on the national and Arab youth work sector and raised questions on issues of interest to Arab youth, such as education and job opportunities.

Al Moayyed highlighted Bahrain’s experience in the field of youth and the important initiatives implemented, including the youth work foundations. He insisted on the need to provide young people with opportunities that contribute to improving their skills and projects in various fields.
